Howard Ross is a facilitator and the Executive Director of Inner Journey Seminars, Washington, D.C., co-founder of Cook Ross, Inc., and is is one of the nation’s leading diversity training consultants and a nationally recognized expert on diversity, leadership, and organizational change. He is a former teacher, school administrator, rock and roll musician, and college professor, and a father of four sons and grandfather of four granddaughters.
